Hotel Mahesh is a popular hotel and restaurant duly approved by the Govt. of H.P. and the tarrif notified by them. It lies at village Jhakri on National Hihgway 22 and on the southern bank of the river Sutlej (Shatadru) between Rampur and Jeori. The Bhimakali temple at sarahan via Jeori can be reached within one hour by car. From Shimla, the NH 22 goes via Narkanda and passes through Rampur to enter Kinnaur district further eastward. The car takes about 4.30Hours from Shimla. Frequent bus services are also available from the hotel gate towards Shimla or Rampur/ Sangla/Kalpa.
